2. Can I exchange the product I received?
At Tokyo Tiger, we are always committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return service. Please see our return policy for details. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges if the item is out of stock. All sale items are final sale, and we do not offer refunds unless the item has a quality defect.
3. Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We strive to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon to provide the new shipping address. Our customer service team will handle it for you, but since we can only change the address before the item is unpacked and shipped, you need to contact us as soon as possible to change the address.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We will pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@tokyo-lion.com. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee success.
5. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrectly sized item?
Your product arrived damaged, is deemed defective, or has a manufacturer defect. If you believe your purchased product is defective, please contact our friendly customer service team by emailing service@tokyo-lion.com with your invoice number and details of the defect. Our team will be happy to assist you further. Please note that the final decision on whether a product is defective rests with our company.
The sizes displayed on the website are converted to international sizes before the products are listed for sale, which is standard and common practice. Therefore, please do not panic if you find that the size you received does not match the size displayed on the website. The size we sent you is correct. Please try it on first to see how it fits.
6. I have received a refund, but the money has not yet arrived. What should I do now?
All refunds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days. (Please note that refund processing times are determined by the card issuer, and we have no control over them.)
